While this tincture doesn't taste great, and wont put you in the shadow realm, it absolutely will help you drift off into a peaceful, and long sleep. Never woke up during the night, but woke up feeling a wee bit groggy after 6 and a half hours of sleep. Definitely better for a longer nights sleep than a 3 am - 9am after getting re-engrossed in Breath of the Wild. Made me giggly, relaxed and sleepy, but it did leave a bit of a bad taste in my mouth 8/10. very nice!
